Concepts of Social Justice
摘要
This chapter provides a critical examination of the intricate relationship between legal activism and social justice. This chapter is divided into three sections. The first section addresses the personal and bureaucratic challenges faced by GNCP when registering under the legal category. The second section explores their perspectives on the effects of contemporary reforms on LGBTQ+ community relations, affirmative action, and the practice of badhai. The third section addresses participants’ social demands in areas such as education, employment, mental health awareness, as well as pension and housing schemes.
