This chapter explores the leadership vision and institutional role of Nina Skarpenes, College Director at the Norwegian Police University College (NPUC). With a background in pedagogy and leadership, Skarpenes has overseen the transformation of the NPUC into a fully accredited higher education institution and a key actor in the professionalization of Norwegian policing.
