In this chapter, we propose a leadership model based upon answers from our senior police executives. We then continue to give a final summary of our study on Scandinavian senior police executives in the police and the prosecution service. After this, we describe three metaphors for senior police executive leadership in Scandinavian policing, which we term The Pillar, The Compass, and The Breakwater.

摘要

In this chapter, we propose a leadership model based upon answers from our senior police executives. We then continue to give a final summary of our study on Scandinavian senior police executives in the police and the prosecution service.
