At present, many firms are undergoing financial transformation, shifting from accounting to management decision-making to help enterprises achieve greater value. Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC) is an effective means of achieving financial transformation, which effectively realises financial centralisation to better clarify the respective work of financial and management accounting, better coordinate between departments and fulfil the management role of finance activities. This chapter discusses the theory and practice of financial integration based on FSSC and specifically on the successful application of FSS model in YDHX Group Company as a case study and examines the transformation process of financial integration based on financial shared services and proposes a reference for decision-making in the process of financial transformation. This chapter takes the Chinese YDHX Group as a case and explains the key processes of building a financial shared service centre and identifies the obstacles in the process of further realising financial integration, as well as the countermeasures to solve them.
