This chapter presents the Agents of Change Toolkit (ACT) which provides an interactive resource that educators can use to address aspects of change. The toolkit was co-designed by practitioners and researchers in education and game-based learning to provide educators from a range of educational settings with a practical, engaging, and structured way of thinking through whole-school approaches to educational change. It guides users through a process of identifying relevant aspects of improvement and networking with actors both within their schools and further afield in the community, to plan and implement change. Finally, it facilitates collaboration between practitioners and researchers to reflect on and evaluate the impact on change and knowledge development in inclusive communities.

摘要
