Since its appearance, neural therapy/neuraltherapeutic medicine has shown benefits in patients with various conditions, which has allowed it to be considered as a therapeutic strategy for integration with various complex medical systems. This chapter analyzes the indexed literature reviewed, taking into account that there is another type of literature, of good research quality, in the repositories of higher education institutions whose access is limited. The review shows good responses compared to other intervention strategies, which allows us to consider that neuraltherapeutic medicine can be used with good results in all types of patients, regardless of the complexity of their pathologies. Some philosophical reflections and methodological considerations are made so that future research is carried out in a way that is more in line with the foundation of NTM as a Complex Medical System.
