This chapter gathers a total of 30 cases of cerebellopontine angle lesions, which represent the most relevant aspects of microneurosurgery for this topography. They refer to aspects related to the diagnosis, natural history, surgical technique, evolution, complications, or alternative treatments to microneurosurgery. All cases include a concise clinical description and abundant photographic material of the diagnostic methods and intraoperative photographs. The objective is to complement the information offered in the rest of the chapters of the work, where the pertinent clinical case is referenced.
