This chapter offers an excursus on how ecological emotions are expressed in and/or cultivated by the arts, specifically cinema. Considering the notion of emotion as a form of understanding response, our emotions in relation to the climate crisis can be assumed to be open to and respond to various forms of cultivation. The role of the cultivation of our conceptual (and other) imagination through works of art is discussed.
