This research aims to determine the digital divide in Tajur village, Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia in developing tourism village. The research uses a digital divide theoretical framework with pragmatic research methods. Quantitative data collection techniques were obtained through surveys (n = 100) and qualitative data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with ten village residents. The research results show that the Pasanggrahan village community has gained access to ICT. However, there is a gap in accessing ICT especially in the older age group. Residents have considered ICT (mobile phones and the Internet) as a primary need, but they have not utilized ICT to develop tourist villages, such as a homestay promotion tool, or as a tool for managing their business. The Pasanggrahan villagers have the skills to use mobile phones for communication purposes, and they have the willingness to learn and develop their skills in utilizing ICT for the development of tourist villages.
