Additionally, the increasing number of intruders targeting blockchain systems negatively affects critical aspects such as performance, service quality, and routing efficiency. To mitigate these issues, it is crucial to strengthen cybersecurity measures in blockchain environments. This review paper explores the growing field of blockchain cybersecurity, showcasing several studies that integrate blockchain technology with existing security measures. The paper also proposes a framework that integrate blockchain technology with advanced intrusion detection system by leveraging machine learning techniques. The blockchain framework includes using hybrid encryption techniques to enhance the security for IoT networks, addressing current vulnerabilities and paving the way for more robust systems.
