A control system for the production of mineral fertilizers in a fluidized bed granulator with a fuzzy controller has been developed. To create the control system, a mathematical model of the number of granules distribution by moisture content and size was used. The transfer function was determined, and on its basis, using a fuzzy controller, the created system was evaluated. The implementation of the control system with a fuzzy controller made it possible to significantly increase the output rate of the fluidized bed granulator to a given level of particle size distribution.
