Wearable devices are increasingly recognized as essential sports and health monitoring tools. Among the various flexible sensors used in these devices, the development of the paper-based wearable physical sensors has emerged as a hot topic due to their versatility, low cost, flexibility, environmental sustainability, and excellent biocompatibility. This chapter underline the advantages of paper-based wearable sensors, single-modal sensor, multi-modal sensor, self-powered systems, and their applications in sports and health monitoring, as well as the future developing orientation.
