Cellulose-Based Fiber-Optic Sensors
摘要
A brief description of fiber-optic sensors, their possible configurations, and approaches to their manufacture is given. The possibilities of manufacturing fiber-optic sensors with a cellulose core are considered. It has been shown that cellulose optical fibers are a promising material for the development of optical sensors for various purposes, including humidity and pressure sensors. Approaches to the development of end-of-fiber and on-of-fiber optical sensors using cellulose derivatives as sensitive materials are described. The parameters of end-of-fiber and on-of-fiber optic sensors manufactured in various configurations are presented and analyzed.
