The present study was carried out to investigate the impact of demographic variables on teachers’ perceived views of teleschool during COVID-19 pandemic. A convenient sample of 106 school teachers was taken from two elementary (N = 52) and secondary (N = 49) schools, located in the urban city of Pakistan. A survey instrument based on the features of teleschool, designed by the researchers, was administered to collect data from those teachers who were engaged in the teaching through tele-schools. Results indicated that female teachers showed more positive attitude towards the functioning of teleschool as compared to male teachers, however younger teachers with less than five years’ experience were more eager to instruct the students through teleschool lessons. In addition, teachers with computer literacy showed more positive inclination towards teleschool as compared to teachers without computer literacy. This paper presents the findings to the stakeholders, including policy makers, teachers and students, to allow the design of virtual learning settings with more productive outcomes by taking into account the needs of public-school students.
