Methodical justification for choosing a type of gearbox is carried out not only for technological compatibility, but also for the degree of change in dynamic loads and deviations from normal operating conditions. Insufficient informativeness of telemetry systems for cars with modernized aggregate layout was revealed. These systems allow estimation of the resource unit stock and control the technical condition in real time. It is proposed to use the telemetry of the technical state control with the universal control system in the invariance of the time lag, for the constructive unit: gearbox. The mathematical description of the algorithms created for the regulators is proposed to be solved by setting the multiplicity for the values of the feedback matrix, which describes the dynamics of the closed system, using Ackerman’s formula.Vehicle transmissions require a detailed analysis of each structural element, for which it is proposed to apply digital modeling tools, creating a digital image - a system virtual twin. It is established that when ensuring the accuracy of the digital twin algorithm, it is necessary to take into account the variability of the factor influence in the process of control and virtual programming of tools for controlling the parametric characteristics of the gearbox in the mode of dynamic loads, analytically including the operational intensity of functioning.

Telemetry Modules Informativeness in Evaluation of Reserve Resource Box Transmission
