The article considers the design and description of the experimental stand used for controlling the geometry of mounting-contact surfaces of passenger car disks in accordance with the requirements of the federal state standard GOST R 53824-2010. Unlike known analogues, the design of the measuring system uses several measuring indicators at once, which allows measuring in several planes simultaneously and makes the measurement process faster. The proposed stand allows controlling the geometry of disk shapes of different design. The authors investigate the effect of changes in the geometric surfaces of the wheel disk during its operation on dynamic balancing during maintenance of automobile wheels. The researches of mass change of corrective weights installed at wheel balancing, at tyre position change relative to wheel disk due to its angular displacement are presented.
