Analysis of the Rarefied Flows Formation Process in Chemical Technology Apparatuses for Cyber-Physical Systems
摘要
The widespread use of the process of mixing solid dispersed components through the formation of co-directional or intersecting rarefied flows is associated with the development of engineering methods for calculating the corresponding equipment. Achieving the regulatory values of the degree of homogeneity of the finished free-flowing mixture requires identifying the conditions for effective mixing of these components. A general approach is proposed to obtain the distributions of their particles in rarefied flows with respect to the selected characteristic parameter based on the energy method of Yu. L. Klimontovich. Examples are presented that illustrate various ways of combining areas of spraying of components of a building mixture (when the absence or presence of large-scale fluctuations of the states of their macrosystems is observed) with possible application for cyber-physical systems in the field of chemical technologies and construction.
