Customer Segmentation Based on Real Estate Analysis with PowerBI

In the domain of real estate gaining insight into client preferences and purchasing patterns is essential. Given the diverse range of properties available, real estate enterprises often find it challenging to identify potential buyers to optimize sales and enhance profitability. Customer segmentation in real estate is the process of categorizing property buyers based on common characteristics and behaviors. This study explores the use of a dataset and the Power BI tool for efficient segmentation. The dataset comprises information about customers and properties. Power BI aids in importing, modeling and visualizing this segmented data. The study aims to offer practical insights for real estate professionals, enabling targeted strategies for marketing and customer engagement.
