How Can We Integrate a Workshop into an Interaction Plan?
摘要
In the facilitation and consulting practices of recent years, a “new paradigm” is gradually replacing the classical approach to conducting workshops. This paradigm sees the upstream and downstream phases of workshops as elementary components of interaction plans in change processes. The key to comprehensive pre- and post-processing is that much of what is supposed to be accomplished in the workshop itself according to the classical procedure can be achieved in the upstream and downstream phases. In the final analysis, the workshop is merely one stage in a multitude of discussions with one or more people in an organization.
