BI research peaked in 2024 with 22 publications, following steady growth since 2018. The U.S. (11), Jordan (9), and India (8) lead contributions, with emerging research from Canada, Australia, and Indonesia. Journal articles (42) dominate, while keyword analysis highlights “Business Intelligence” (41 occurrences), “Decision Making” (16), and “Big Data” (10) as key focus areas.
