摘要
Organizations are increasingly adopting AI and big data, yet Jordanian SMEs face challenges integrating Human Resource Analytics (HRA) due to complexities and gaps in understanding its adoption factors, potentially impacting their competitiveness. The study explores factors influencing HRA adoption in Jordanian SMEs, particularly focusing on complexity, compatibility, training, management support, and competitiveness to improve strategic implementation and decision-making. The study confirmed that managing complexity, aligning HRA with existing systems, providing adequate training, securing management support, and emphasizing competitiveness are key to successful HRA adoption in Jordanian SMEs. Identifying critical adoption factors helps Jordanian SMEs tailor effective HRA strategies, supporting enhanced decision-making and competitive positioning in the market.
