Big Data Analytics Personnel Expertise and Its Impact on Financial Performance in Jordan’s SMEs
摘要
In the digital era, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) increasingly rely on disruptive technologies to enhance their operations and competitiveness. Despite the well-documented benefits of Big Data Analytics (BDA) in optimizing business performance, its adoption among SMEs remains limited. This study examines the impact of four key knowledge capabilities on SMEs’ financial performance. By assessing these relationships, it aims to provide empirical evidence on the role of BDA in enhancing financial outcomes and helping SMEs compete in the digital economy. The findings confirm that all four knowledge capabilities positively influence financial performance. The study offers valuable insights for SME entrepreneurs, managers, and policymakers, emphasizing the need to invest in technical expertise, technology management skills, business acumen, and external relationships.
