Methodological Guide for Evaluating a Knowledge Management System
摘要
Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) are crucial for leveraging the intellectual capital of organizations, but their success depends on their alignment with the specific context of each organization. This research aims to address the issue of selecting the most appropriate evaluation model for a given KMS, given the diversity of existing models and varied organizational needs. We propose a four-step methodological approach, based on a detailed comparative table of six influential evaluation models. This table, serving as a decision support tool, analyzes the theoretical foundations, methodologies, and evaluation dimensions of each model. The validation of our approach is illustrated by a case study evaluating the Enterprise Social Network (ESN) Workplace in a university context.
