In the rapidly developing field of telemedicine, the security of sensitive medical data remains a critical concern. This paper presents an integrated digital watermarking and encryption method designed to enhance the security of both medical images and associated textual data. Using the Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT), this method embeds a digital watermark into medical images to ensure their integrity and traceability. At the same time, both the image and the associated textual data are secured using a combination of RSA digital signatures and AES encryption, reinforcing the confidentiality and integrity of the data. This dual approach not only protects against unauthorized data manipulation and access, but also ensures that the watermark is resistant to a wide range of digital threats. Extensive evaluations confirm the robustness of our proposed solution against common and sophisticated attacks, setting new standards for secure telemedicine data transmission. The proposed solution is essential for safeguarding patient privacy and trust in digital health systems and provides a comprehensive framework for the protection of medical data.

摘要
