This consideration is devoted to an elementary approach to pseudo-differential operators on singular manifolds. We partly come back to considerations of previous parts of this exposition, under modified notation. After some years of development of this area and remarkable contributions by numerous authors, stimulated by classical and new applications, the field became somehow heterogeneous and complicated. It is therefore desirable, to point out elementary notions and methods, that admit a reorganisation of structures and a more convenient access.
