Research of Dynamics of the Ekranoplan Movement
摘要
The paper introduces the study of five screen glider configurations to select the most suitable one, which provides the stability of the spatial position of the vehicle in 3 axes, stable speed and height of the vehicle movement above the surface. The task of the study is to evaluate each screen glider control model for stability, taking into account airspeed, velocity relative to the surface, and altitude above the surface. A comparative analysis of the theoretical and experimental results obtained from the construction and testing of each screen glider configuration is presented. The models are refined in light of the test results. During the testing phase, the vehicle was equipped with an electronic stabilizer, which enabled the glider to reach the screen with greater ease due to the automatic angle of attack. Installation of an electronic flight stabilizer made it easier to control the vehicle, and tests showed that in windy conditions the glider was more stable on the screen and left the screen less often. The results of the research showed that the system of controlling the speed and height of the vehicle movement above the screen can be realized by installing a sensor of the vehicle movement height above the surface, an air speed sensor and a speed sensor relative to the surface. Monitoring and accounting for airspeed, speed relative to the surface and altitude above the surface will need to be considered and applied in the RPM control algorithm at this stage. We believe that this is the most optimal solution in this research problem.
