The goal of this study is to undertake an exhaustive evaluation of the scientific literature on training in the healthcare industry. The methodological approach uses bibliometric analysis to demonstrate and assess quantitatively the volume of literature generated in the area over a given time period. The primary source for data is the Scopus database. The collected data covering the four-year period from 2020 and 2023—the identical frame as the COVID-19 pandemic. 549 papers from a well-chosen corpus are analysed. The findings of this study are then interpreted from a number of perspectives, such as identifying prominent authors, assessing popular keywords, looking at the production of institutions over time, identifying the most frequently cited documents, identifying the major contributing nations in research fields, and identifying the key sources that have generated the most articles over time. The study's findings have broad implications since they can improve and broaden our knowledge of healthcare research projects. These results might serve as a catalyst for the creation of fresh research initiatives.

摘要
