The overall economic and social development of the world in the coming years is deeply linked to the development of policies and practices in the field of green economy and green change. This is a fact as a result of the expansive increase in practices such as recycling, waste management, water supply management; social responsibility and many other new aspects in management. Of course, the results in these processes depend on the effective work with human resources. The role of Green Collar Workers and the development of key competencies and skills related to green economy, green logistics, green finance, green production, green energy, waste management, sustainable social health in these employees is becoming increasingly important. The chapter attempts to present key ideas and practices related to improving the effectiveness of Green Collar Workers management and presents practices in this area that have proven their effectiveness.
