Of course, the results in these processes depend on the effective work with human resources. The role of Green Collar Workers and the development of key competencies and skills related to green economy, green logistics, green finance, green production, green energy, waste management, sustainable social health in these employees is becoming increasingly important. The chapter attempts to present key ideas and practices related to improving the effectiveness of Green Collar Workers management and presents practices in this area that have proven their effectiveness.
