The Future of Banking: Leveraging AI to Optimize Personalized Financial Advice and Customer Experience
摘要
The banking sector is undergoing an enormous shift with the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in its financial advisory services. AI-powered solutions like machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and robo-advisors serve to sharpen and contextualize the personalized financial advice that enriches the customer experience. Today bankers’ are using AI tools more professional in gauging customers’ overall financial well-being, their risk-taking abilities, and their willingness to take long-term investment and savings strategies, and give personalized advice to an individual level. This research looks at how advisory systems based on artificial intelligence affect customer satisfaction, trust, and engagement. We took a quantitative approach, using a structured survey to collect data from 400 banking customers interacting with AI-driven financial services. The key variables of interest—personalization, trust, accuracy, and overall customer experience—were measured using a Likert scale. The survey employed a convenient sample. The descriptive analysis revealed that AI-driven banking solutions significantly enhance customer satisfaction. This indicates that they are welcoming the AI as a financial advisor. In the inferential analysis, which included multiple regression, we found that personalization, trust, and AI accuracy have a significant positive relationship with customer satisfaction. When it comes to efficiency, AI has the bank beat; it is the robot that recommends “optimization” to the humans in the banking system. AI effectively serves up personalized, real-time, data-driven insights; it helps in fulfilling customers’ financial needs, not just in terms of condition and capability, but also in terms of concerns like data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethics.
