Cognitive-behavioral group therapy with Black Americans is briefly discussed more broadly before the efficacy of cognitive-behavioral group therapy with Black Americans is explained. Yalom’s therapeutic factors and their intersections with Black Americans in cognitive-behavioral group therapy are also discussed.
