The Role of Accounting Regulation for Small Projects in Business Incubators to Achieve Sustainable Development. An Applied Study of the Iraqi Experience

The research aims to identify the important role that the accounting organization plays in small projects to ensure the sustainability of these projects in achieving profits and their continuity in the business market. We study the process through which the accounting organization of business incubators contributes to supporting and developing entrepreneurial projects to achieve sustainable development, and we relied on the approach of analytical analysis of both small projects and business incubators in adopting training steps to provide education and training in the field of accounting and finance for young entrepreneurs who wish to establish entrepreneurial projects and search for profitable work. The results of the research indicate the role of business incubators in providing the accounting services and training programs that these projects need, and that Iraqi youth obtain services that were not previously available, which depend on the quality and content of completed business plans and how to manage projects to overcome the workloads in the stage of launching and establishing their projects so that they can Dealing with its external environment and activating its role in achieving economic and social sustainability.
