Managing healthcare data in the mobile cloud raises critical challenges in terms of security and confidentiality. This article presents a new architecture for protecting electronic medical records, designed to overcome the limitations of existing solutions. Our innovative approach is based on three complementary pillars: the cryptographic fragmentation of data, its distribution across several clouds, and a contextual access control system. Data is first fragmented and then encrypted at different levels before being strategically dispersed across several clouds. This multi-layer distribution method significantly enhances security by avoiding single points of failure. In-depth analysis shows that our solution offers a higher level of privacy protection than conventional approaches, while maintaining the necessary accessibility for healthcare professionals. Contextual access control mechanisms enable fine-grained management of authorizations according to role and context of use. This theoretical study opens up new prospects for effectively securing healthcare data in the mobile cloud environment, thereby meeting the growing demands for confidentiality in the medical sector.

摘要
