In this paper, our objective is to design a mm-Wave miniaturized array antenna which operates in long range band frequency \(\left( {76GHz{ }to 77GHz} \right)\) for automotive radars applications. The proposed array antenna has linear geometry which is chosen to obtain a miniaturized dimensions with the satisfied radiation performance fixed for automotive radars. \(\left( {2.4 \times 17 \times 0.127} \right){ }mm^{3} { }\) is the overall size structure in the resonance frequency of \(76,5GHz\) . The matching performance is examined in terms of VSWR and reflection coefficient, while radiation performance is in terms of gain and directivity radiations pattern. The electromagnetic simulations results are done and compared between HFSS and CST simulators which showed a good agreement.
