Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology has revolutionized logistics by enhancing inventory management, asset tracking, and supply chain visibility. This study examines the impact of RFID on logistics performance, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Adopting a mixed approach, the research integrates both qualitative and quantitative studies through a comprehensive review of existing literature and empirical case studies. The findings reveal that RFID reduces operational costs, minimizes errors, and improves real-time data accuracy, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. Despite its advantages, organizations face several challenges in RFID implementation, including high initial investment, integration complexities, and resistance to change. This research identifies these barriers and provides strategic recommendations to facilitate successful adoption. By addressing these challenges, businesses can optimize logistics processes, improve decisionmaking, and gain a competitive advantage. The study concludes that a wellstructured approach to RFID deployment is essential for maximizing its benefits, ensuring sustainable logistics performance, and driving long-term operational efficiency. RFID adoption is not just a technological upgrade but a strategic necessity for modern logistics.
