Cross-cutting themes include structured approximations of practice, equity- and noticing-oriented pedagogies, digital tools, and the integration of affective and sociopolitical dimensions. Emphasizing diverse cultural and educational perspectives, the chapter offers forward-looking insights to inform future research, policy, and practice and calls for a more integrated, reflective, and ethically grounded approach to preparing mathematics teachers for twenty-first-century challenges.
