The article presents challenges related to the management of logistics processes. It draws attention to the need for efficiency of these processes due to rapidly changing market conditions. A system supporting the identification and exchange of data was developed and presented, which supports the decision-making process and better management of processes in the supply chain. It indicates the main challenges related to the digitalization of logistics processes and the integration of various IT systems. Integration of advanced IT systems and automation of logistics processes is the key to achieving high efficiency, increasing flexibility and improving market position.
