Traditional payment methods are often plagued by inefficiencies, high costs, and security vulnerabilities due to reliance on intermediaries. By leveraging Ethereum smart contracts, this research presents a secure, transparent, and automated solution for processing tuition payments [1, 2]. The proposed system allows students to interact with the blockchain via a user-friendly web interface, ensuring secure authentication through Ethereum wallets. Key functionalities, such as automatic payment verification, deadline enforcement, and transaction history logging, are built into the system, enhancing transparency and reducing human error. The implementation of immutable smart contracts guarantees data integrity and eliminates the need for centralized control, significantly improving security and efficiency. This paper not only highlights the technical architecture but also discusses the potential benefits and challenges of integrating blockchain technology in the educational sector, setting the foundation for future innovations in financial management.
