Effective leadership is a cornerstone of high-quality healthcare, particularly evident in infection prevention and control (IPC), antimicrobial stewardship (AMS), and vaccination programmes. Nurses play a pivotal role in these areas, leveraging their expertise in patient education, advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
