Seeing that you have kept on reading, I hope I have convinced you, or at least made a plausible case, that our comprehension is limited to low dimensions. Phenomena which require more than a few (very few indeed) parameters to describe them may forever remain beyond our understanding. Such is hard mathematical reality, which tells us that, in a way, understanding in many dimensions does not exist.
