As the use of artificial intelligence continues to grow, one significant challenge is the presence of algorithmic biases that can replicate and amplify existing societal prejudices. This paper examines how various organizations are tackling these issues by adopting ethical principles such as accountability, transparency, explainability, data protection, fairness and equity, autonomy, human oversight, security, and sustainability. A case study involving five companies demonstrates both their differing approaches and the emerging consensus around core values. The research emphasizes that the effectiveness of ethical governance relies not only on the existence of clear regulations but also on the consistent application of these principles.

摘要
