Deep Learning for Classification of Roasted Coffee Beans in Mount Puntang Coffee Production
摘要
Mount Puntang, Bandung Regency-West Java, Indonesia is one of the coffee producing areas in Indonesia. The coffee produced is not only consumed in various regions in Indonesia but also exported abroad. The manual coffee bean production process is currently one of the causes of the less than optimal coffee production in Mount Puntang. The process of separating processed coffee beans manually takes a long time and has the potential for human error. The use of deep learning in the classification process of the coffee beans produced can help speed up the separating process and reduce the potential for human error. Experimental results using public dataset show high accuracy in classifying different types of coffee beans produced.
