It has become evident that smart mobility is among the most crucial needs in smart city development to deal with issues of city expansions, environment, and technology. Smart mobility was initiated through the implementation of ICT in the transport system as a way of improving the mode of transport. Modern developments intransportation systems, i.e. ITS, which uses real-time information processing and analysis in relation to transportation. These advances are built on wireless technologies such as vehicular communication systems, cellular mobile communications, short-range staticcommunications, etc. Integrated intelligent smart mobility needs the ITS to support it, the organization of smart and connected automobiles, and advanced wireless systems. All these systems combined make for a more effective and efficient system of transport in the urban environment. The organization of electric vehicles (EVs) infrastructure and charging systems, as well as the traffic regulation offered by ITS, are examples of smart mobility in practice. In the aspect of transport and urban design, pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly measures constitute another significant model of sustainable mobility. Further research work should be conducted to improve these technologies and develop new solutions to support the mobility of people in urban areas, as well as make smart mobility technologies accessible to all the inhabitants of such cities.

摘要
