AI, DT, and PDHM: Future Trends of HBIM Technology in Terroir Settlement Management Based on the Built Environment

With the rapid development of computational science, HBIM technology for terroir settlements based on built environment management can overcome the spatiotemporal limitations of traditional research strategies. It integrates complex, multi-source, and heterogeneous data through information technology, which is an important trend in the future research of HBIM technology for terroir settlements. First, based on bibliometric analysis, this paper statistically organizes and analyzes the thematic areas and hot research topics related to HBIM technology for terroir settlements. Second, within the context of the philosophy of digital technology, it discusses the origins, concepts, and development changes of HBIM technology for terroir settlements. Next, focusing on the “data layer - service layer - application layer,” we analyze key issues in digital information monitoring, heterogeneous model integration, and engineering management applications of terroir settlements, and studies the hotspots in HBIM technology for terroir settlements. Furthermore, the paper presents future trends of HBIM technology for terroir settlements, driven by new technologies such as health monitoring (PDHM), digital twin (DT), and artificial intelligence (AI). Finally, the research achievements of HBIM technology for terroir settlements based on built environment management over the past 30 years will be comprehensively sorted out to accelerate the digital empowerment and provide new perspectives for the research of terroir settlement HBIM technology.
