E-learning platforms have become one of the mainstream learning methods in the modern education system, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic. They have achieved unexpected success in supporting seamless and cost-effective training but also face challenges in terms of learner engagement, as participation rates in these courses are lower than in traditional methods. Additionally, emotional experiences have been shown to affect motivation, concentration, and knowledge acquisition. Therefore, this study will evaluate the impact of emotional experiences on student engagement in the E-learning environment, where the invisibility of services is more pronounced. The results show that emotional experience factors have the strongest impact on student attitudes and engagement, interacting with the factors in the TAM model. This study also assessed the impact of perceived ease of use, perceived effectiveness, and social interaction on student engagement and the intention to continue using the E-learning platform. Several implications are proposed, including the application of augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence, which will offer attractive opportunities for educational systems to improve the student experience, thereby enhancing learning and teaching effectiveness for training institutions.

摘要
