In this paper, we aim to develop a pricing model based on the total usage of the Intelligent Medical Objects’ ProblemIT(TM) Portal by eClinicalWorks (eCW) customers. To begin, we establish a consistent monthly price per request, using the median value derived from semi-parametric Bayesian cubic smoothing splines over the period from November 2015 to December 2016. Next, we categorize the customers into eight tiers based on their portal request volume and calculate the cost by multiplying the median price per request by the total number of requests. During our analysis, we observe that 806 accounts report having only one user and 470 accounts report two users, both groups showing an unusually high number of requests. Our model addresses this issue.

摘要
