A Comprehensive Review of Solar Power Transmission System Device Health Condition Monitoring in Real Time

Offshore and remote systems must have real-time asset management due to the growing worldwide generation of renewable energy. A growing amount of renewable energy is finding its way into power grids. Intelligent asset management cannot maximize utilization or prevent problems with renewable energy sources without a cost-effective means of real-time monitoring. In order to link to the power grid, renewable energy facilities require transformers. Families might suffer long term consequences of failure. An on-grid transformer changes the voltage as required. Smart Grids rely on transformer monitoring. You can see where, when, and how much power each house, company, or other commercial institution uses with transformer monitoring. Transformers are put to the test by the intermittent nature of most renewable power. For efficient and dependable solar energy generation, transformers and systems for generating solar power should be inspected on a regular basis. Therefore, a system for real-time device health monitoring in power transmission networks from sun is presented in this study. With the help of the IOT, this system keeps tabs on gadgets immediately. Improving solar power transmission systems can be achieved through the development and optimization of proactive maintenance methods that involve real-time monitoring of transformer health and performance.
