Health holds great importance in our everyday lives. Having good health is crucial for effectively carrying out daily activities. This project intends to develop a system that measures the body temperature and heart rate using an LM35 sensor and a finger pulse sensor. These two sensors will be linked to an Arduino Uno board. The Arduino will subsequently send the data wirelessly via a WiFi module, namely the ESP8266, to an IoT platform like ThingSpeak. The data will be displayed on ThingSpeak, facilitating longer storage. This stored information will be available on a web server for authorized individuals to access.
