The methods for managing projects aimed at poorly defined problems are not a good fit for every project. It’s not the right approach for projects with well-defined problems; classic methods of project management are fine for such standard problems. In the final analysis, what matters here is not so much the negotiation of alternative actions than the rapid implementation of ideas. A project with well-defined problems would be inefficient in implementing the methods of a contingent planning process.
