Robotic McKeown Esophagectomy
摘要
McKeown esophagectomy is a key surgical approach for the treatment of esophageal cancer, involving a three-field dissection with cervical, thoracic, and abdominal phases. This procedure allows for complete tumor resection and is widely applicable for cancers located throughout the esophagus. This chapter explores the technical aspects, indications, and detailed operative procedure for the robotic-assisted McKeown esophagectomy.
