Antibody-dependet cell mediated cytotoxicity is a well known strategy to kill dangerous cells. Some antibody have the potential to bind IgG Fc receptors (FcγRs), which are expressed on various immune cells, including NK cells. This activion stimulate cytotoxicity and might be combined with target agents or other checkpoints inbitors. Additionally ADCC activity correlates with better prognosis.
